TCB Sewn-In Interlining
Most brands fuse collars and cuffs with iron-on synthetic adhesive — glue sitting directly against your skin at your neck and wrists, all day. We engineered a proprietary alternative: a soft yet structured collar and cuff support system built from sewn-in cotton layers. Designed and developed in-house at TCB, it delivers exceptional structure without stiffness, and natural breathability without compromise. No glue rubs against your skin. Collars and cuffs hold their shape through repeated wear — no bubbling, no yellowing from glue oxidation. Shape that lasts the life of the garment, through every wash.
The collar and cuff are where most shirts fail. Ours are engineered to outlast the fabric around them.
Designed to the Body
The TCB shirt silhouette is not a standard block adjusted for size. Every curve — through the body, at the collar stand, along the shoulder — is designed specifically. The fit is a consequence of the pattern, not the fabric pulling against it.
Ultra fine seam lines. The hem sits nearly invisible when tucked. Side seams disappear against the body. Every stitch placed at precision density — machine accuracy, human care.
Every buttonhole worked by hand in silk thread — wrapped edge, natural elasticity. Buttons sewn with a thread shank. Mother-of-Pearl as standard; natural horn available.

Structure That Breathes
Most ready-to-wear jackets use a fused (glued) chest piece or a half-canvas. We build every jacket on a full linen canvas that spans the entire chest and lapel. Hand pad-stitching and hand-rolling anchor it by hand, creating a chest piece that molds to your body over time — developing a drape and fit that becomes uniquely yours.
A full canvas jacket improves with every wear. A fused jacket deteriorates.
A Fit That Belongs to You
The TCB jacket does not hold the shape it left the factory in. The full linen canvas is alive — it responds to heat, movement, and posture. Over time it develops a drape that is specific to you. Not just your size. You.

A well-fitting trouser disappears. The waistband stays where it starts. The seat does not pull. The thigh has room without excess. The crease holds. Every proportion is designed to achieve this — not left to chance.

All trousers are shipped unhemmed by default — ready for your preferred tailor. By selecting the hemming service at checkout and providing your inseam length, your trousers will be hemmed to your exact length and finished by hand before dispatch. No extra charge. We also offer the option to add or remove a cuff.
