Complimentary shipping on orders over $500.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The Clothing Bureau offers complimentary standard shipping within the United States and Canada. All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. We ship internationally to most countries via DHL. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand or limited-release drops, processing times may extend.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International orders are subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees as determined by the destination country. These charges are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.

Please note that we are unable to ship to certain destinations due to carrier restrictions and international trade regulations. This includes but is not limited to: North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, Belarus, and the Crimea region. If your country is not supported at checkout, unfortunately we cannot fulfill that order at this time.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery timelines after shipment:

  • United States: 7–10 business days
  • Canada: 8–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Clothing Bureau is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

P.O. BOXES & FREIGHT FORWARDING

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address at checkout.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

Certain orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. The Clothing Bureau is not liable for lost or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

MADE TO ORDER & MADE TO MEASURE

Made to Order and Made to Measure garments require 3 to 5 weeks of production time. All garments are handmade in our New York atelier by skilled artisans using the finest materials.

Once you place a Made to Order (MTO) or Made to Measure (MTM) order, a member of The Clothing Bureau concierge team will reach out to you within 1 business day to guide you through the next steps, including measurements and any customization details. You will receive updates at each stage of the production process so you always know where your garment stands.

Measurements & Fittings: For Made to Measure orders, accurate measurements are essential to achieving the perfect fit. Our concierge team will walk you through the measurement process and may request a virtual consultation.

Modifications & Cancellations Because each garment is crafted specifically for you, modifications to your order can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to design, fabric, or sizing.

Returns & Exchanges Made to Order and Made to Measure garments are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. If you believe there is a defect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.

Shipping Once your garment is completed and passes our quality inspection, it will be shipped via your selected method at checkout. Standard shipping timelines apply from the date of shipment. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our atelier.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date so we may initiate a carrier investigation.
