Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are both accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests must be submitted within that period. Items must be sent back in original, unworn condition — unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original packaging, tags, and protective materials intact. Garments showing signs of wear, tailoring, laundering, fragrance, or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Made-to-Measure garments

• Altered or tailored pieces

• Personalized pieces with custom button choices or monograms

• Limited issuance pieces marked Final Sale

Return & Exchange Authorization

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. To initiate a return or an exchange, email concierge@theclothingbureau.com with your order number, or start it through your customer account. Once approved, instructions will be provided.

Return & Exchange Shipping

A complimentary label is provided within the United States and Canada for approved returns and exchanges.

For returns and exchanges from all other countries, customers are responsible for shipping the item back unless it was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the item, or exchanged at your request. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK

If you are a consumer in the European Union, EEA or United Kingdom, you have a legal right to cancel an order for ready-to-wear goods for any reason within 14 days of receiving them and to be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the goods back. Made-to-measure, bespoke, altered, monogrammed and personalised pieces are made to your specifications and are excluded from this right (Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(c); UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 reg. 28(1)(b)). To cancel, email concierge@theclothingbureau.com with your order number. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by any part of this policy.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date, under the same conditions as returns. To exchange an item for a different size, please email concierge@theclothingbureau.com with your order number or use your customer account. Due to limited fabric allocations and small production runs, exchanges are subject to availability.
