Return Policy

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition — unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original packaging, tags, and protective materials intact. Garments showing signs of wear, tailoring, laundering, fragrance, or damage will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Made-to-Measure garments

• Altered or tailored pieces

• Monogrammed or personalized items

• Limited issuance pieces marked Final Sale

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. To request a return, please contact customer care with your order number. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping

Complimentary return label is provided within the United States upon approval.

For Canada and international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Method

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward future purchases. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please email concierge@theclothingbureau.com or submit a return request and place a new order separately. Due to limited fabric allocations and small production runs, exchanges are subject to availability.
