The Bureau Gift Card is redeemable toward any garment in the Ready to Wear collection, any Made to Measure order, or a Bureau Bespoke commission — without restriction or expiration.
For email delivery, the recipient receives a bespoke digital card in their inbox — designed in Bureau style, bearing your personal message and a unique redemption code. It arrives at the exact date and time you specify, or immediately if you prefer.
For physical delivery, a premium gift card is dispatched within 3–5 business days in a structured Bureau gift box: ribbon-tied, tissue-lined, cedar-scented, with a printed care card. Tracking is provided once shipped.
The gift card carries a unique redemption code. This may be entered at checkout on theclothingbureau.com, provided to the concierge by phone or email, or referenced during a Bureau Bespoke consultation. No online account is required to redeem.

No. Bureau Gift Cards carry no expiration date. The balance remains available indefinitely — whether the recipient orders a shirt this season or commissions a suit three years from now. The value is preserved without condition.
Yes, without restriction. The Bureau Gift Card is redeemable against Ready to Wear garments, Made to Measure orders (where a new pattern is drafted to the recipient's exact measurements), and Bureau Bespoke commissions. If the order value exceeds the gift card balance, the difference may be settled by any accepted payment method at checkout or directly with the concierge.
Yes. Remaining balances carry forward automatically after each use. There is no minimum spend per transaction. A $2,500 gift card may be applied to a shirt in one season and a jacket in another, with the remaining balance preserved for the next order.
Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused balances are retained indefinitely and may be applied to any future order without restriction. If a recipient has questions about their balance or redemption, our concierge team is available to assist.
