Made for the suit that travels and the jacket that waits. The Bureau garment bag is cut from ivory cotton and bound in jet black, with our lion on the front. Cotton lets the cloth inside breathe, so it serves as well in the wardrobe as it does on the road.

A full-length zip opens the front for easy packing, and the garment stays on its own hanger. On the outside, a full-width zipped pocket takes a folded shirt, a tie or the smaller things. Snap closures fold the bag in half, and two carry handles turn it into a slim case for the car, the train or the overhead locker. Metal tips finish each corner of the black binding, a small detail that guards the edges in transit.

How to Measure

Collar

Wrap a soft tape around the base of your neck. Add ½" for comfort. This is your collar size.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and under your arms.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — typically 1" above your navel — without holding your breath.

Seat

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your seat, keeping the tape level.

Sleeve

From the centre back of your neck, over the shoulder point, down to the wrist bone with a slight bend at the elbow.

Inside Leg

Measure from the top of the inner thigh down to the base of the ankle, following the inner seam.

Design and Details

Cloth: Cotton in ivory, bound and trimmed in jet black. Breathable, so a garment can be stored inside it as well as carried.

Outer pocket: A zipped pocket runs the full width of the outer side, for a folded shirt, a tie or smaller pieces.

Metal details: Metal tips finish each corner of the black binding, with metal snap closures and zip pulls to match.

Travel: Snap closures fold the bag in half and two handles carry it. A full-length front zip opens it for packing, and a hanger opening at the top keeps the garment on its own hanger.

• Cleaning: Spot clean with a damp cloth and a mild soap. Do not bleach.

• Drying: Air dry, away from direct sunlight.
